After placing an order, please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to dispatch it.

Shipping generally takes anywhere between 2 to 5 business days for US orders and 5 to 15 business days for international orders.

All orders are tracked and come with a money-back guarantee if the delivery is not successful. Your tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped (please allow 24-72 hours after dispatch for tracking numbers to update).

Depending on where you are in the world, we may ship your product from any one of our warehouses (Cicero in the US, or Yiwu in China) depending on the location of the customer and stock.

We use USPS, Yun Express, CNE, and local postal services for speedier delivery.
